Warm neutrals, expressive serif typography, and unhurried transitions echo the material character of the homes. The design shifts between expansive views and closer studies, letting scale and detail set the rhythm.

Pacific House unfolds as an architectural story. A strong opening gives way to contextual copy, full-width photography, and asymmetrical studies of the interior and its materials.
